Hi everyone! My name is Seth, I'm a Website Moderator for this site and I also work as a classic Mustang restoration specialist, fabricator, and engine builder for Holman Moody. Please feel free to introduce yourselves, ask any questions you might have, and post your builds! Any questions that I can't answer I can relay to others in the shop who are more qualified. Thanks for being a part of our history! 🏎️💨
Guys just want to introduce myself and inquire of services and parts you may still have. My name is Chuck McGlothlin and my finished project is a 67 Fairlane 500 with a NASCAR 427 Tunnel Port. Parts are really scarce now. What parts do you guys maintain for 427s and what services? Do you still do block preps. My son returned from 2 tours in Helmland province and now we are working on his project 63 1/2 Galaxie. Recovered a marine block from Chicago that was somebodys pride whom passed away and I have probably a last remaining NASCAR Rods, Crank but cant find tunnel port or Hi rise heads. With Jim Dove passing no sources. He prepped my Fairlane block. Let me know how much support you guys still have on these rare machines.
This site hasn't had activity for a little over a year so is anyone monitoring? Mid September I stopped by the shop but no one was there. Are you still offering cam regrinding services. I have several SOHC cams that need work. Take care, Gary Sturtevant garysturtevant@gmail.com
Hi I'm David from Canada and I'm building a GT40 Mk2.
Hello, my name is Jonathan and I am a machinist, engineer, engine builder, mechanic, future cam grinder, quality control inspector, for Holman/Moody. I also look after all the original blueprints from Ford and Holman/Moody in making the original parts, and answering technical questions about various engine builds from Ford and Holman/Moody. I have assisted Holman/Moody on various projects, off and on, for nearly 20 years before coming aboard as a regular employee over a year ago. Everyone hear at Holman/Moody is very talented and knowledgeable, and always open to questions or comments, so feel free to ask. Hope to see some of your builds and look forward to helping answer any questions anyone might have.
Hello, My name's Josh... I work as a QC/QA/MX representative for heavy maintenance at a commercial airline. I currently own an ERA 427 Cobra with a 427 Side-oiler (built by me) so I'm a big fan of FE's. Quick Q though, when are those FE valve covers going to be ready? Send me a PM...Cheers!
